Move over, Jamie Oliver, Grace Love is in town. Grace Love is the owner of Bliss Organic Cafe and has just released a cookbook, Confident Cooking. We talk to her about food, business, cookbooks, recipes, and, basically, what the ingredients are to become a successful author and business owner. Tony Drake's comment last week about Adelaide being a Goldilocks town; not too big, not too small, not too fast, not too slow, has struck a chord with Adelaideans. Two of them feature in the Adelaide Visa Council and one of them, Jessica McQuillan, joins us from New York to compare the two cities.
