054- Our First Play Party Experience

Host Sam and co-host Anthony discuss their first ever play party. As known self-growth junkies, we thought a really good way to let stuff come up would be to attend a party where sexuality is celebrated and encouraged. And wow, did the lessons show up! It's no secret that there is a lot of shame around sex and sexuality in our culture. Many people have found themselves suppressed and turned to the dark parts of themselves to satisfy those desires in secret. We believe that it is important to embrace ALL places of the human spectrum, including sexuality. While Sam and Anthony are in a committed relationship, this experience was one that developed out of a high level of trust. Can we each hold to our boundaries and not play the people pleasing roles we are used to? Throughout this spicy experience, we created a lot of situations for discovery and play. If you're interested in how sex plays a massively important role in self growth, then the conversation and the laughs in this episode will have you gasping aloud.
