Do you ever find yourself saying, I'll do it tomorrow? Tomorrow I'll be ready. But guess what? That which you can create today with that energy, that outlook, that way of being might not be available tomorrow. Maybe tomorrow you'll be even more tired or maybe you'll be pulled in a different direction.

As Elizabeth Gilbert writes about the same thing in her book, big magic, the spark of genius that you feel right now needs to be acted on right now, or it might pass you by.

What if that dream you have right now won't be as crisp when you're finally ready to act on it.  Think back to something you wanted to do even five years ago. Do you still have the same intimate details of how you were going to approach it?

The person you are today likely can't conjure up those same experiences.

My Jin Shin Jyutsu healing tip for you today is to  hold each of your fingers  for three breaths each and each palm for three breaths each. This will raise your vibration. It will calm that chatter about how you're not ready and you're not able and now's not a good time. You'll stop the low level ruminating thoughts.

Your gifts need to be realized.  You have  a spark that the world desperately needs.

Until tomorrow, be well.
