Prior to joining the foundation, Littlejohn held a nearly 30-year career at National Grid as Vice President of Customer & Community Engagement, where she led initiatives to drive customer satisfaction, economic development, and corporate social responsibility, including projects in environmental justice and workforce development. Kimberly Sadowski is an accomplished Certified Public Accountant with nearly 30 years of expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and organizational development across the nonprofit and private sectors. As vice president & chief financial officer at the Central New York Community Foundation, she leads finance, administration, and information technology for the largest charitable foundation in Central New York, managing $400 million in assets and over $270 million in grants to local charities. Katrina Crocker serves as vice president of communications at the Central New York Community Foundation, where she has worked for 17 years. Her primary role is to craft and oversee a comprehensive communication strategy that amplifies the Foundation’s mission and the positive impact it brings to the Central New York community. She leads the Communications Department in support of the foundation’s programmatic and development goals, ensuring the organization maintains a strong philanthropic voice in the region.
