055 - Part 2 - Procrastinating on making a decision in your business

Even once you have worked your way through the 9 step framework that I laid out for you in Part 1, you may still be having trouble making that decision that's pressing right now. So what remains in the way of you making that decision? the decision is clear but you still don't want to decide and commit to one. Or the other is that the decision is still unclear - maybe the reasons you like are similar in number and style, or the outcomes don't seem to be very different - and you still can't decide. The underlying cause is always fear. What is it that you are afraid of, in making this decision? And I want you to write it down. We can have some self-compassion for ourselves when we are trying to decide and we can't make the decision because we are feeling afraid. Of course, we don't want to pick - when we are afraid of the outcome. So listen to this episode and let me help you challenge that fear and work past it.
