055. The power of saying NO/NOT YET is really a superpower.

Nick and Kyle discuss the power of saying no or not yet in business as a superpower. The old adage "you give an inch they will take a mile" is true in a lot of scenarios. Kyle one project costs him around $10,000 dollars just by telling the client yes, we can do that, when in reality saying no to the project in its entirety would have saved a lot of heart ache and issues. Nick discusses how saying not yet is beneficial too.
