057 Jo Hodson

from The Coaching Life · host Phil Goddard

Being Open To Possibility In this very open-hearted conversation, Jo gives us a glimpse of some of the magic of what’s possible when we start questioning our own personal conventions, take action in spite of our fears, and live in alignment with what is in our hearts. As someone who seems to love cake yet also manages to live a very healthy lifestyle, it has been her willingness to follow the path as it unfolds that has allowed her to explore and express her creativity not just as a coach but as a plant-based foodie, a firewalker, a nature lover, a writer and a fitness fanatic. And just for good measure, Jo also opens up about some things she’d like to be different. We all have those… Here’s a little more about Jo Jo helps people 'experience all of themselves'. Her passion was born from a personal journey of plant-based nutrition being the gateway to stepping away from convention and conformity, into a deeper connection with her true sense of self. She creates retreats, workshops and writes about what it means to live a deeply connected life as well as sharing lots delicious plant-based dishes from her kitchen.
