058 - Be A Force For Good

Welcome to 1 Minute Tips! We live in a society where the bad is always on the spotlight. That’s one of the main reasons why I have stopped watching the news. It doesn’t matter where you live, chances are that if you turn your TV on right now there will be something bad, violent or tragic being reported. I’m not here to recommend that you isolate yourself from the rest of the world. But taking in bad news all the time is definitely not helping you. The bad news will find its way to you, there’s absolutely no need for you to chase it. Instead, focus on being a force for good. Don’t worry too much about what’s going on in the world, start doing good. When you’re good to yourself, and to others, the world automatically becomes a better place. It’s unfortunate that the good doesn’t get as much spotlight as the bad. But we need to keep at it. When you’re focused on being a force for good, you stop demanding recognition. You just do what’s right because that’s who you are. No rewards are needed. Be a force for good, and the good will find its way back to you.
