Growing up as a 4th generation farmer from California, Ben Moore caught on to a serious problem that is happening every day.  That problem is that MILLIONS of pounds of edible fruit gets thrown out every single day, simply for being "ugly fruit".  That is why Ben decided to start "The Ugly Company" as a solution to the amount of food we are wasting every day purely for aesthetic reasons.  Along his journey, Ben has had a lot of ups and a lot of downs.
