058: Safety in the workplace-especially in a crisis

My guest for this episode is Michelle Mendoza. Michelle's Human Resources career spans more than 20 years – with large corporations such as Johnson & Johnson, Intuit, Cadence Design Systems and KLA Tenor. Michelle has 15 years of experience working with non-profits, including spending over a year as a HR Manager at a non-profit before starting her own business, Connect to HR. Since 2010, she has focused on HR consulting for companies including Apple and Veritas as well as privately held businesses, non-profits, and foundations. Michelle is bilingual in English and Spanish, and can assist leaders to develop a heightened sensitivity to the nuances of diversity and communication. Michelle works with executives as a Strategic HR Advisor and she provides Executive Coaching. She serves as a trusted partner to new and transitioning leaders as they discover their strengths, work to uncover areas of opportunity, and ultimately decide how they want to lead their people.
