In this episode Katie is flying solo one more time and had the pleasure of chatting with Sandi Wight 🍨We had the pleasure of interviewing a true Quinte Queen. Born and raised in Wellington and currently thriving in Belleville. She has called Quinte home for a long time. She attended Loyalist college and has raised a family in the area. She is a sales rep and the owner and operator of the Old Greenhouse Ice Cream Shop in Wellington. Kay is still trying to convince her to adopt her.
