Budgets are SERIOUS. So Serious in fact, that the government hires incredibly smart people to make them. Of course, they have to pay these smart people a ton of money (which comes out of the budget). Once all the money is gone, they hire more smart people to find ways to make more of it, so that they can use the money to pay all the smart people.   This episode was recorded before the budget was released, so thankfully you don't have to hear Mark and Brent talk about budget too much.
