After a re-org, he and his team fall under IT once again. We discuss the AV-over-IP phenomenon and what we as AV tech managers need to know to be prepared in the future. We talk about bringing AV in-house and the move from programmable to configurable AV, as well as the multiple areas of AV expertise needed from IT to Audio to Video, design and programming.
