In this week’s episode the President of Kilkenny Chamber of Commerce Colin Ahern spoke with John about the events of past week which saw Level 3 of the Plan for Living with Covid-19 implemented. Colin discussed the effect of the level 3 restrictions on business locally. Tom Burgess of Coolattin Cheddar is the latest food producer that John met with for a chat as part of the Taste Local Tour. Based just outside Tullow in Co.
