Colin discussed the effect of the level 3 restrictions on business locally. Tom Burgess of Coolattin Cheddar is the latest food producer that John met with for a chat as part of the Taste Local Tour. Based just outside Tullow in Co. Carlow, Tom produces mature raw milk cheddar which most of us would as Coolattin Cheddar.David Duggan chats to John about his new business Delivery Solutions which offers delivery services for pharmacies, hospitals, and medical centres in the region.County Carlow Chamber of Commerce President Colin Duggan spoke with John about the week in business in Co. Carlow since the announcement of the level 3 restrictions. Colin discusses the impact on the hospitality sector and measures that he would hope will be introduced to help the sector.
