062. Brave Enough to Set Scary Goals

It is that time of year when we make goals for ourselves. And sometimes we have a goal in mind but we never commit to it because, well it's scary. It pushes us out of our lovely little comfort zone. So we do the human thing, let fear drive and play it safe with a smaller, less growth-promoting goal.  ----more---- But here is the question: is that safe goal getting you to where you want to go? Let's be honest. In this episode, we talk about setting goals that stretch us and push us out of our comfort zones.
