Starting out by touching on Fred’s recent experiences working on physical and mental health with some herbal assistance and how he felt getting off of medications, Mitch gets into his own experiences seeing the difference between just showing up for therapy and putting in the work to get better, what could be done better with troops transitioning from combat deployments back stateside, how the military will readily leave the individual behind out of convenience, the issue of retaining troops and how money is thrown at recruitment bonuses over maintaining those currently enlisted and why the Army has so many Generals with seemingly pointless jobs. Also, Mitch asks Fred if he can ever relax and do nothing, doing good without expecting to be rewarded and much more!
