This week John was joined by James Malone of Malone Fruit Farm in Ballon and Bart Pawlukojc of Arán Artisan Bakery & Bistro.Brid O' Connell, CEO of Guaranteed Irish spoke with John about the importance of buying Irish and supporting local and their recently launched website www.guaranteedirishgifts.ie, Brid also shared some interesting statistics around online shopping with Ireland being one of the biggest online shopping communities in the world per capita!Covid has been an extremely challenging time for many, with work lives and personal lives having been changed dramatically.
