Link Episode 28—Keep Daddy (& Mommy) Times Recommended Reading 📚 Congratulations, You’re Gonna Be a Dad! What’s Ahead from A to Z for First-Time Fathers, by Paul and Pam Pettit. Here’s what I like about this book and why I’d get it for a first-time dad: It’s written in a conversational, easy-to-read style. It’s designed to be picked up and used as a reference as needed, not as a sit-down-and-read-through-in-its-entirety volume. It contains well over 100 topics, arranged alphabetically. It is written in a straightforward, matter-of-fact way, so that what husbands need to know is made clear, all in a very honoring, respectful manner. It closes with a short section called “The Story of a Father and a Son”—the good news of God the Father and Jesus Christ the Son, and how God solved our sin problem in Christ.
