064: How to Make 2024 Your Year

from Do Life Big · host Kathi Reuter

Can you believe we're almost at the end of 2023? 🤯 I get it – the holiday rush is already hitting me. Christmas stuff everywhere, and it triggered a major panic attack! Who wants to wait until the last minute to wrap up the year? Not me. 🫢 So, here's the plan: let's finish everything by the end of November, so we can truly savor the Christmas season. 🥳 Now, today's episode is a gem. I love discussing and teaching this because it's all about setting ourselves up for an epic 2024. Why does it matter? Well, each year, we promise ourselves that "this is the year," only to see the cycle repeat. Did you know 80% of New Year's resolutions crash by February? Why? Because often, we lack tangible, actionable steps. So, let's start planning for 2024 now. 🤩  I've been on this entrepreneurial journey for over a decade, and here's the trick: set your goals and craft your vision before the year ends. It brings more success and makes things happen faster. Don't push your dreams aside until January 1; you'll already be behind. Alignment is key. In today's episode, we'll scratch the surface of planning for your best year. Want more in-depth, live guidance? Join my five-day masterclass starting December 4 (check out kathireuter.com/goals to join the waitlist). Here are few steps to get started with your goal setting: Ask yourself, "What do you want?" Find a quiet space, and envision your 2024. Big or small, your goals should excite and mean something to you. Once you have your goals, ask: Is this truly important to me? Attach a specific date to each goal, and don't just toss ideas into space. Plan out how you can achieve this goal. Keep your goals visible – tape them to your mirror, and have them on your desk. I've created a free template [click here to download] to help you plan dates, and actions, and understand why each goal matters. In the end, don't limit yourself. Your beliefs drive your achievements. Stick to the plan, and tweak as needed, but quitting on your 2024 goals? Not an option. There's no Plan B. You'll face obstacles, but let nothing stop you. The only person who can halt your progress is you. Make sure you download the FREE Template I prepared for YOU and join the waitlist for the live masterclass at kathireuter.com/goals and get ready to kick off 2024 with a bang!    ⭐ Hey there!
