To understand how it may impact on business and how Irish consumers are going to spend Christmas John spoke with Anne Zahan, Strategy Director at Core Research about their recently released research “Christmas Expectations – how people will navigate Christmas 2020”With Retail Excellence Ireland estimating that up to 60,000 employees in the retail sector will lose their jobs, MD of Retail Excellence Ireland Duncan Graham Ireland joined John to speak about the sector during Level 5 Restrictions, he discusses how adaptable retail has been and the performance of the sector during the year.
