064 - Uranus - Obligate
from Doomcast from Curated Doom Hosted by Jason Arber
A blast from the past with this exclusive track, Obligate, from Don Ricardo side project (and semi supergroup thanks to contributions from the group Nonsphere) URANUS. Remixed for 2021 from the unreleased 1983 album Journey to Uranus, this is a rich slice of looping, woozy space funk: a trippy journey to the stars that’s as slippery as an eel. Mix that with a bit of psychedelic rock and a tab of acid and you have a unique bit of music history. ---- Every Sunday (-ish) we'll be releasing a new podcast with new and exclusive music you won't hear anywhere else. Live performances, alternative versions, DJ sets and more from Ghost of Wood, Elif Yalvaç, Maurice Dancer, Ian Fleming, Undergut, Team Satan, Cratered Skull, Kustom Electronix, PsyClone and many, many more! ---- Search for "Doomcast" in your podcast player: Apple Podcasts, iTunes → Podcasts, Stitcher, Overcast and more!
