065 Roger Adamson, CEO, Futurenautics Maritime

Roger Adamson is the CEO of Futurenautics Maritime and has a background as a Naval Architect. I first met Roger when I invited him to come and speak at the Institute of Shipping Analysis a few years back. He then took the stage and talked about wearables and other gadgets that can be used also onboard a vessel, for various purposes. At that time, I hadn't heard anyone talk about those things to the maritime community, and it's still the same, Futurenautics is in the forefront and they know their business. In their latest research, they have asked the shipping industry about the current state of digital infrastructure investment, initiatives and transformation in the shipping and maritime industry.
