egyre inkább elterjedt, hogy az algoritmusok irányítják a munkát (uber, amazon, netpincér és társai, WFH, HR kiválasztás). a kutatások szerint ez 3 fő problémát vet fel munkásokban: megfigyelés, transzparencia hiánya és embertelenség érzése. további veszély, hogy az algoritmus elfogultsága hátrányos helyzetbe hoz bizonyos embereket, illetve, hogy egy egyenlőtlen hatalmi viszony alakul ki a munkaadó és a munkavállaló közt  (power imbalance between management and worker) alapvetően kialakul egy bizalmatlanság a gig-economy munkaerőben, aki megpróbálja kijátszani az algoritmust és többféle képpen is kárt tehet a cégnek. ezekről beszélgettem az adás vendégével, aki egy magyarországi megyeszékhelyen biciklis kajafutár.
