It includes taste identification, acidity, structure, texture, and the balance of wine. This overall sensory examination helps identify the quality of wine. 2) As the wine industry evolved into cultural staples of society, descriptive words were introduced to identify specific flavors, most notably in the 14th century when there was a boom in taking wine tasting notes to describe flavors and aroma. Notes have become more precise and formalized.Other wines we enjoyed this week:  La Crema Chardonnay, Mer Soleil Silver Chardonnay, *Cuvee du Roy Duc de Belloy, *Les Canons, *La Legende and *Le Grand Vin Canon-Fronsac.*These are four wines from Chateau Belloy from Bordeaux.Mentions: The Greatest Song You Never Heard podcast, Gary Vaynerchuck, Janine DouglassPlease find us on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/WineTimeFridays), Twitter (@VintageTweets) and Instagram (@WineTimeFridays).
