🚧 Hat sich die Baubranche in den letzten Jahren zum negativen hin verändert? Ist es heute schwieriger und herausfordernder Bauprojekte abzuwickeln als noch vor einigen Jahren? Dies kann nur jemand beurteilen, der die Branche schon länger kennt. Genau deswegen habe ich mit einem absoluten Branchenkenner gesprochen. Peter Preindl ist CEO bei ESCROB Consulting GmbH und berät in dieser Funktion Bauherren in bauwirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen. 👊 Dazu kommt noch, dass Peter eine langjährige Karriere in leitender Stellung bei großen Bauunternehmen innehatte. 💪 Dadurch kennt er die Entwicklung unserer Branche enorm gut und ist damit der perfekte Gesprächspartner, um die oben gestellten Fragen zu beantworten. Wir haben über Entwicklungen zu den Compliance Regeln, über die Bürokratie, die Bauzeit, den Fachkräftemangel und vieles mehr gesprochen. Dieser erste Teil unseres Gespräches diente als Standortbestimmung. Mit dieser Basis skizzierten wir im zweiten Teil des Gespräches eine Baubrache der Zukunft. 🚀
