069: Real Wealth! (w/ KATHY FETTKE)

Kathy tells us some amazing stories and brought us a great deal of actionable information in this episode.  She told about how her husband almost died when diagnosed with melanoma several years ago.  She wanted to lighten his load and began looking for ways to generate wealth.   She followed and modeled those who were successful and bought several properties in Texas after realizing she didn't need to "reinvent the wheel".  They got creative and rented rooms while creatively utilizing mortgages and other tools.   They then took all this knowledge and brought it along with the financing and other tools to those seeking to grow their wealth as well.  She even helped Australians invest in USA properties in the wake of the financial crisis.  She now diversifies with a grand network of investors in multiple places.  Let's go!
