Miami-Dade's transit tax is funding the S.M.A.R.T. plan which uses trains and light rail to link the city's major corridors to downtown, Brickell and Beaches. But Miami-Dade's Mayor is now advocating for Bus Rapid Transit instead of trains. Palmetto Bay Mayor Eugene Flinn, Cutler Bay Mayor Peggy Bell and former Florida Rep. & Pinecrest Mayor Cindy Lerner joined me to discuss Miami's SMART plan and what's going on at County Hall.
