Days of our Pensacola city council meladrama theatre - property taxes, milliage rates, City Councilperson Charles Bare spoke at the meeting last week.  He talks rollback rates.  Casey Jones' comments on rollback rate.  Will referendum pass? Voted 7 - 0 kept millage the same ; Andrew's comments: - If you want to avoid property tax referendum passing - if you really want to persuade - if you dont pass it we will implement this poilicy which will still help with milliage - pay them off offer them, offer them a deal.
