Aya ROOM · host Aya Murakami

In this episode, I talk about a weekwhere I was unexpectedly forced to stopafter coming down with tonsillitis —right in the busiest and most important timing of the new year.Because my work revolves around meeting people, speaking, and sharing stories,my voice and my physical condition directly shape everything I do.And yet, I often push myself, thinking“I can’t rest” or “I need to show up.”This time, my body completely shut me down, and it reminded me that acknowledging weaknessand choosing to restare also forms of strength —and necessary steps to keep moving forward. For those of us who work hard and keep going,I hope this episode gently reminds youto take care of your body, too.
