Hallo und herzlich willkommen zu einer neuen Folge von Karma & Kohlrabi. Deinem Podcast rund um Yoga und Nachhaltigkeit. In der heutigen Folge haben wir uns eine ganz besondere Podcast-Gästin eingeladen. Mit Dr. Franziska Melanie Collmann spreche ich über ganzheitliche Ansätze in Lerncoachings. In dieser Weihnachtsfolge starten wir direkt in das Interview mit der Gästin. Im Warm-up sprechen wir über die Vision von Franziska und wie ihre Reisen sie und ihr Leben geprägt haben. Im Flow erklärt sie uns, wie die Yoga Philosophie ihren Alltag und auch berufliches Wirken beeinflusst hat. Wir sprechen über Ganzheitlichkeit in Lerncoachings und was genau eine umfassende Begleitung in diesem Kontext ausmacht. Zusätzlich gehen wir auf die Bedeutung der Ganzheitlichkeit im Kontext nachhaltigen Handelns ein. Im Cool-Down gibt sie zwei praktische Tipps mit, wie ihr Ansätze der Ganzheitlichkeit umsetzen könnt. Franziska ist Wissenschafts- und Lerncoach, Yoga-Lehrerin. Sie beschreibt sich selbst als Kopf- und Herzmensch. Ich bin sehr beeindruckt davon, wie sie ganzheitliche Aspekte mit Wissenschaft kombiniert. Auf ihrem Weg haben sie die Yoga-Philosophie und das Reisen sehr geprägt. 2021 hat sie sich selbständig gemacht und arbeitet als Coach, Lerncoach, Supervisorin, Workshop sowie Seminar-Leiterin.
