Now calling Picton home, Robin has an impressive resume. After graduating from theatre production at the Toronto Metropolitan University and working in the industry, he took the leap to follow his love of food. He completed the culinary program at George Brown College. After cooking in bigger cities, he brought his culinary talents to Quinte and has worked at multiple restaurants including, The County Canteen and Drake Devonshire Inn. He's now the sous-chef at La Condesa in Wellington. You can catch his amazing food creations on his social media.In addition to his impressive professional career, he is a social justice advocate that uses social media and other platforms to teach and change minds.
