In dieser Folge sprechen wir über Schwierigkeiten, die beim Stillen auftreten können. Diese können sowohl körperlicher als auch emotionaler Natur sein und von Mutter oder Baby ausgehen. Unabhängig von der Ursache ist es von Bedeutung, dass Schmerzen beim Stillen einer Abklärung bedürfen, denn die Belastung für das Mutter-Kind Paar beim Auftreten von Schwierigkeiten ist extrem hoch. Wann macht es außerdem für mich als Mama Sinn, Hilfe zu suchen? Weiters sprechen wir über Mythen rund ums Stillen, weshalb Stillen in der Öffentlichkeit nach wie vor ein Thema ist und alles andere als natürlich angesehen wird und über das Lustgefühl beim Stillen und weshalb ich damit so gehadert habe. Stillen ist Teamwork und kann nur dann nährend erlebt werden, wenn es für Baby UND Mama stimmig ist.
