BIO: Dr. Hayley Nelson has a PhD in Psychological and Brain Sciences from Johns Hopkins University and is a tenured professor of Psychology at a college in the Philadelphia area and invited presenter/lecturer at various local, national, and international events. She has previous research and faculty appointments with the National Institutes of Health and University of Pennsylvania. In addition, she has combined her knowledge of the human mind and brain health with her passion for education, teaching, and mentoring and started "Be Well with Dr. Hayley" where she is passionate about teaching individuals, practitioners, and coaches about the gut-brain-mind-body-spirit connection so they can better serve themselves and others. Dr. Hayley considers herself a bridge and connector between Western medicine, Eastern medicine and other holistic approaches to support people on their own unique journey to overall health and wellbeing.
