As a leader, this is non-negotiable. Why should you have them? Accountability, Connection, Support, Performance management Annual Performance Reviews When should you have them? As soon as possible after an incident or something happened. Once every 3-6 months, annual reviews once a year. How to prepare Remember, when we're in a stressful situation, we either fight, flight or freeze. So, preparation is key! What if things go pear-shaped? Stop the meeting.
