072 - Todd Scattini - (Veteran, Cannabis Activists, CEO of Harvest 360)

Todd is a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel with 27 years of service. He is a former enlisted soldier and a West Point graduate. He spent a career as an Armor and Cavalry officer and service as a military diplomat in six European countries (Germany, Belgium, France, Czech Republic, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Slovenia). His time in service included numerous deployments to Afghanistan and one in Kosovo.Upon retiring in January of 2018, Todd threw all of his energy and efforts into the legalization of medical cannabis with a specific focus on gaining access for veterans. He is the CEO of Harvest 360, a full-service cannabis consulting company responsible for winning dozens of licenses across the country. Harvest 360 looks at the re-legalization of cannabis as a paradigm shift and an opportunity to address many of the issues created by cannabis prohibition. Todd is an activist, currently serving on the advisory board of the Kansas Cannabis Coalition and the Veterans Action Council, and previously on the Missouri Cannabis Trade Association. He is also an adjunct professor at Saint Louis University in their Cannabis Science and Policy Program. He lives in the middle of the country on the border between legal cannabis access and harshly punished criminalized marijuana (Platte City, MO). He is married with two sons and a golden doodle.
