She has dedicated the past 8 years to studying the psychology of eating, the relationship between weight and health, Intuitive Eating, and the most in-the-know strategies for exiting the diet cycle and pursuing health outside of diet culture.  She works with adults and children, helping them normalize their weight, growth, body image and relationship with food.
