077: COMMITTING OVER QUITTING - The Simplest Advice to Improve Anybody's Results, with Jeramiah Solven - Be the Leader

from Be The Leader with Jeramiah Solven · host Jeramiah Solven

Let me ask you a question.  When is the last time that you quit something? Let me ask you another question.  What was the reason that you quit?  When it comes to the reasons for quitting anything, it's hard to really even say if and when is the right time to quit.  What I can tell you is that, more often and not, quitting is not truly justified.  Quitting is what holds people back, and it has only become more apparent over time that so many people will quit on their goals before they even start working toward them!  That's what we are talking about in today's episode.  We are going to help you understand the importance of following through with what you say you are going to do, while also giving some insights on when might be the appropriate time to quit.  Ultimately, you want to make sure that you are not building up your "quitting muscles" but you are building up your "winning muscles" instead.
