#078: The Best New Year's Resolution of 2020

One resolution is all you need for the new year and the new decade.  Imagine your life next year at this time...without fear. Most of us don't realize it's possible to live a life without fear, where love removes anxiety, anger, and shame from every conversation, every challenge, every decision. We are not people who lack faith.  We are all depending on something or someone.  The question for all of us in the new year is:  Are we depending on LOVE or something less?  LOVE is our greatest source of strength. In this episode, we share 5 practical reasons to depend on LOVE instead of fear in the new year, and we offer these TAKEAWAYS: Many of us are not yet in the habit of sorting love choices from fear choices.  Once we can recognize what love looks like and what fear offers us, we can help each other choose love over fear.
