💭 What is the hidden cost of faking it until you make it?In theory, the adage "fake it 'til you make it" sounds convenient. It is possible to modify perspective by playing the part, and then perception becomes reality. When acting like the person you want to be or think you should be rather than the person you are in your most natural state allows you to develop and adjust inwardly over time. But what happens when the faking becomes the condition rather than the exemption and it becomes the initiation one must survive to become a great leader. We are joined this week by  Sydney-based Joe Hart, who is a highly experienced Organizational Psychologist, Executive Coach and Gallup-Certified Cliftonstrengths Coach, Mentor and Facilitator. In 2017, he founded ‘True Perspective’, a practice specializing in enabling people to improve their performance, reach their full potential and achieve balance. His core mission is to help people create meaningful changes to their lives. In this episode, Joe intimately shares lessons he has lived through and learned from. It turns out, you can't fake it.
