079. OVERTIME IS KILLING YOU!!

Overtime has many more facets to it than one person might anticipate. When you look at a overtime from an owners perspective not only is it more money paid out to employees, but it's a liability of the guys on a job site longer. That increases the ability for fatigue and a foggy headspace to allow mistakes on the jobsite. There is then the insurance that gets expensive quicky as well. Insurance audits costs companies $1000.00's with overtime because the policy has to be adjusted. Then you have taxes, everyone's favorite! The taxes also need to be calculated when overtime is added.
