079 | The False Prophet
from On Being Christian · host Rachel Ruby
In our society, we like to try to convince ourselves that there are "styles of truth" or grey areas, between the truth and the lies. When it comes to those who tell you about God, there are Preachers of God's Word (those who preach the truth), and there are False Prophets (which is literally everyone else). My prayer for you is that you listen to what God says about Himself in His Word, as opposed to the personal take on God that some man tries to sell you. The On Being Christian Podcast is a ministry of Wasatch Front Baptist Church in Salt Lake City, Utah. Authored and hosted by Pastor Nolan G. Ruby. If you would like to support this ministry, you can give here. Thank You!
