En France, le milieu de la culture reste un entre-soi blanc où des clichés racistes, des inégalités et des représentations archaïques se perpétuent : dans les distributions des rôles au théâtre, dans les sélections d’artistes pour les compétitions comme les Molières, dans l’essentialisation des arts non occidentaux réduits à de « l’art africain » ou « art asiatique ».
