Ashley and I touch on the parenting wounds, self-worth, and abandonment wounds. Ashley shares that her late sister was also living a similar lifestyle and unfortunately was lost to an overdose. She speaks about how being a 1st Generational Latina and the unconscious pressures of culture that made her feel as though this was the only way she could take care of her family.
