08- Why is Accepting Help So Hard?!

A random stranger sees you struggling in the grocery store parking lot with juggling the kids, the groceries, all the things. One is hanging a meltdown, another is running in front of cars, etc... So they ask if you need any help. And what do you say?  No, thanks... I got it. Ugh. Why do we do this? Today we're going to talk about how it's hard to accept help sometimes and how we can reframe it to be more willing to accept help from people.
