Die Kooperationsforschung zeigt uns, dass bedingungsloses kooperatives Verhalten die Gefahr in sich birgt, ausgenutzt zu werden. Immer zu allem JA und AMEN zu sagen, wird also nicht zu einer erfolgreichen Projektabwicklung führen. Kooperation bedeutet immer, das Beste für ALLE herauszuholen, für das Projekt und für alle Beteiligten. Dieses Ziel sollte jeder im Blick haben. Wie agiert man nun kooperativ? Genau das lehrt uns die Kooperationsforschung. Zum Thema “Spieltheoretischer Ansatz des Gefangenendilemmas“ wurden umfangreiche Untersuchungen durchgeführt. Kooperation kann keine Einbahnstraße sein! Kooperation funktioniert nicht eindimensional. Wenn dein Vertragspartner nicht kooperieren will, dann solltest du dies wahrnehmen und selbst entsprechend agieren. Stabile Kooperation entsteht nur, wenn beide Seiten einen Nutzen davon haben. Was bedeutet dies nun für die Baustelle übersetzt?
