It’s Shawn Kathleen, who runs the famous “Passenger Shaming” Instagram and Facebook that is viewed by thousands and featured on so many tv shows. She talks about how she came to start one of the most viewed accounts on Instagram, and talks about her experience as a flight attendant dealing with difficult passengers.
