083. What would Zappos Do??

We at Dawson Manufacturing pride ourselves in how much we take care of our customers. We literally go leaps and bounds to be sure if a machine is down, we overnight a part to them to their door so that it can be up and running that day. Craig and Nick have spent countless hours on flights to customers to take care of issues or resolve what is going on with a machine, find the problem and fix it on the spot. Just this week Kyle went to a college with a TruckMate HD on it, swapped it with the Demo MulchMate truck so that they can finish mulch come the time of Graduation. What would Zappos do?
