#084 Casting a Noon Chart In Absence Of a Birth Time: Exploring 'Tinder Swindler' Simon Leviev's Birth Chart

I recently saw the Netflix documentary the Tinder Swindler which was absolutely fascinating! Naturally I had to look at the astrological perspective of Tinder Swindler Simon Leviev's birth chart to see what could motivate a person to perpetrate such awful crimes. But, as so often happens when googling for chart details, I can find a date and place, but no birth time.
