084 Pt2 Bounty on Illegals

2005 (Pt2) Scott talks openly about the Southern/Mexican Board..Should there be a "Bounty" on those breaking the law? Or.. Is Scott the ONLY ONE who has flipped this issue over and taken another??.. 1- Enforcing the Board is what Mexican's need to pressure the native population to force change in there own country? 2- By "Not" enforcing the law regarding illegal immigration (e.g. ejecting those "illegals"), weakens the America's fortitude, work ethic and backbone of our (America's) Youth, hence Our Future?!
