085 - Katie Mack

Katie Mack is an actress, award-winning podcast host, and all around bad ass of a person. She discusses her life growing up in Michigan and discovering an outlet in drugs and alcohol at an early age. Katie also talks about how drugs pulled her out of Michigan and into Chicago and how acting pulled her out of drugs. Katie then goes into detail about how she decided to quit drinking and the tragic cause that has driven her to train for an iron man. Straight Gay Reviews Rumeal Welcome to SGR - Straight Gay Reviews! Yes, I'm Gay, hence the name. I'm Rumeal; it's like Ru Paul & a Meal you'd eat! Feel free to share this with anyone; SGR started as a movie review channel, which I did with a friend. However, it has morphed into something I love doing: learning from others and networking. There are many different segments; I hope you have time to listen to them when you can, and they provide value in your world. Oh, if you want the visuals check us out on YouTube. Explicit F*ck Small Talk Mariah Jeau I’m Mariah Jeau and I’m a life & recovery coach. And I say ”F*ck Small Talk” to all forms of topics that tend to get labeled as taboo, hush-hush, or ”inappropriate.”We all have experience with love and loss, self-doubt, mental health, addiction, self-sabotaging behaviors, loneliness, and are all fighting for our right to be seen and heard. To belong. I’m a firm believer in telling the whole truth and holding space for people who are learning more about what it means to be human- to connect- no matter how uncomfortable those real conversations can feel.Listen, Subscribe, and Share with a friend who could use the extra connection today!
